In a way, the pandemic brought us full circle. Field & Florist started by offering Chicago’s first flower share program in 2012. Inspired by the CSA model, the flower share allows farmers like us to depend on stable sales, knowing that there won’t be any crop loss with harvest, while providing shareholders with a reduced cost of product per stem and discounted delivery (one time fee for all three weeks).
Each Spring we cultivate a greenhouse full of some of our favorite spring flowers, ranunculus. If you want to support us in building local midwest flower culture while getting first dibs on the freshest blooms from our farm to brighten up your home, you can order a flower share.
HERE’S HOW IT WILL WORK
Every Wednesday for the first three weeks of June (6/3, 6/10 & 6/17), shareholders will receive 20 stems of exquisite F&F ranunculus. We will keep track of what you receive from week to week and do our best to offer color variety, depending on what is coming into bloom.
DELIVERY
Recipients will be notified by call or text when flowers have arrived. Delivery address (shipping address) will be collected at checkout. Delivery is available to the majority of Chicago, Oak Park & Evanston zip codes. Please confirm that the delivery zip code is within range before ordering by clicking here.
