FLORAL & PLANT RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

In-store and online floral and plant purchases cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All sales are final. If you have a concern with florals or plant received, please email us at shop@fieldandflorist.com within 24 hours of in-store purchase or delivery and we will be happy to assist you. In order for us to best assess your needs, please include images with your initial inquiry.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, floral delivery and pick up order cancellations must be made by 6 PM two days in advance of the planned pick up or delivery date. If you need to request a change or order cancellation for an existing floral order, please email shop@fieldandflorist.com

For example: if an order is placed for Tuesday delivery or pick up and requires cancellation, the shop must be notified by 6 PM on Sunday.

FLORAL CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure that fragrance stock remains untampered, only unopened fragrance boxes may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Return shipment and postal fees are the responsibility of customer. Refund will be issued upon receipt of undamaged and unopened item.
