A sparkling opening of fresh mandarine, bergamot and artemisia give way to incredibly balanced and smooth resinous amber, caramel and damp fruit notes stewed with a juxtaposition of sour citrus that keeps it from registering as a gourmand. Additional notes that unfold on skin: leather, cumin, balsam and patchouli. This rich and captivating fragrance has some Lutens fanatics convinced of a coffee note, but as the name suggests, we might argue that its more the invocation of the memory of sitting with a warm cup. Lightly sweet, but with an edge. Never syrupy.
