How do I know what you have available?
The online wholesale market will always have the most accurate availability. Harvests take place on Mondays and Thursdays, availability will be updated at that time. Customers on our wholesale list will receive an email reminder when the online market has been updated.
How do I access the online wholesale market?
You will receive an email with a link and password to access our online wholesale market. If you are new to ordering with Field & Florist, simply fill out the Wholesale Application form below. Once verified, you will be added to our wholesale availability email.
Do you offer weekly standing orders?
Yes, if you would like to have a mixture of the best the farm has to offer then a weekly standing order might be a good fit for you. Weekly standing orders have a minimum of $150 and begin mid-April. Please email heidi@fieldandflorist.com to inquire.
Benefits of a weekly standing order:
1. Greater access to more varieties. We will give you the best selection of what the farm has to offer each week.
2. Ease of product procurement. No need to place an order each week.
3. The ability to place a pre-order. Customers who have a weekly standing order may request pre-orders two weeks in advance by emailing heidi@fieldandflorist.com.
Do you accept pre-orders?
At our current scale, we are only able to accept pre-orders from florists who have weekly standing orders. Florists with weekly standing orders may request pre-orders up to two weeks in advance by emailing heidi@fieldandflorist.com.
When and where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up wholesale orders at our retail shop located at 1908 W Division St. in Wicker Park. We have a loading zone in front of the shop but can't guarantee it will be open.
Hours: Tuesday (wholesale only) 10am - 3pm / Wednesday 11am - 7pm / Thursday + Friday 11am - 7pm / Saturday + Sunday 11am - 5pm.
Please note we are at the farm on Monday so no deliveries or pick ups will take place then.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery on Wednesdays. Delivery minimum is $150 with delivery fees ranging from $8 - $15 depending on location. Please see our delivery map here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we can only accept credit card and PayPal payments for wholesale orders placed via our online market. Weekly standing order customers also have the option to pay via cash or check.
